Registration & Entry
Entry is strictly limited to confirmed attendees only. Your spot is non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the OREYA team.
No Resale / Third-Party Bookings
Attendees are strongly advised not to accept or purchase spots through third parties, resellers, or unofficial channels. Any such arrangements will not be recognized, and entry may be denied.
Cost Responsibility Disclaimer
This is a complimentary event. Any amount paid by an individual to a third party, or above the official event cost (which is zero), is done entirely at their own discretion and expense. OREYA holds no responsibility for such transactions.
Cancellations & No-Shows
As spots are limited and curated, we request confirmed attendees to inform us in advance in case of cancellation. Repeated no-shows may impact eligibility for future events.
Punctuality
Attendees are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated once the experience has commenced.
Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior throughout the event. OREYA reserves the right to remove any participant who does not adhere to these standards.
Event Format
The event includes structured interactions and guided activities. Participation in these activities is expected to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Liability
OREYA is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or damages during the event. Customers are liable to pay for in full for any vandalism caused by the customer at the event location.
Right to Admission
OREYA reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual at its discretion to maintain the quality and safety of the experience.
