All service and experience purchases made at Geoffrey’s Sports Bar are eligible for a refund within 48 hours from the time the transaction is successfully confirmed.

Refund requests must be formally submitted within this 48-hour validity period for consideration. Upon approval, the applicable amount will be processed back to the original method of payment, subject to standard banking and processing timelines.

Once the 48-hour window has elapsed, all purchases shall be deemed final and non-refundable. No exchanges, cancellations, or modifications will be permitted beyond this period under any circumstances.
