All service purchases made with Seven Salon remain eligible for a refund within 48 hours from the time of transaction confirmation.

Refund requests must be submitted within this 48-hour validity window. Once approved, the amount will be processed back through the original method of payment in accordance with standard processing timelines.

After the 48-hour period has elapsed, all purchases become final and non-refundable. No exchanges, cancellations, or modifications will be permitted beyond this timeframe.
